Nice location, lots of space, equipped kitchen.Sleeping mattresses were pretty basic though.

Kitchen faucet is broken. Floors weren’t swept or mopped. Shower has only a hand-held nozzle and water took time to get hot. Limited coffee/tea selection with no cream or sugar. Seating room could use an armchair to better accommodate the three of us. Location was fantastic to many downtown attractions.

Negative: It was very hot in Des Moines {93 degrees) and the AC units could not keep the apartment cool. The AC units were in each bedroom and the living room and kitchen never got comfortable.
There is a 3 inch drop down step to get to the bathroom. it needs to be better marked. Either that, or a nite lite in the bathroom.

Iowa wedding
Location,& Parking good, rear stairway steps narrow for older person with cane. Portable ACs units loud. Unit was not clean when arrived, contacted owner and he had took care of cleaning. Unit worked for our needs for the week.
